Fostering a Health-Promoting Environment in the Context of Socioeconomic Development: New Challenges and New Solutions
Panel session Experience of the world’s leading countries confirms that investment in healthcare is the most effective strategy for economic growth. High level of public health and personal health of each citizen drives the economy. In 2020 the entire human race faced a global problem, the COVID-19 pandemic, which revealed to a large extent the unpreparedness of national economies and healthcare systems for dealing with new challenges. The solution of this problem requires carrying out innovative approaches at all management levels: globally, nationally, regionally, and municipally. Taking into account strategic national priorities, a wide discussion and implementation of a social model for improving public health at the regional and municipal level as a factor of long-term economic growth is very urgent and important.

Sechenov, where she was promoted from Department assistant to Professor. In 2013, she was Awarded the Russian government prize in the field of education. In 2017 she was appointed to the position of Director of "NMRC PM" of the Ministry of health of Russia.
Professor Drapkina combines ongoing clinical work with research activities.

There were defended 16 PhD theses and 1 dissertation for the degree of doctor of medical Sciences under the scientific guidance of O. M. Drapkina, more than 600 scientific article were published in domestic and foreign journals, 7 monographs, 10 textbooks

Mr. Kuvshinnikov was born in Cherepovets in 1965. He was actively involved in sport in his childhood and youth. Sergey Rybalchenko — General Director, Institute for Scientific Public Expertise; Deputy Chairman of the Commission on Support of Family, Children, and Motherhood, Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation
Mr. Rybalchenko is General Director of the Institute for Research and Community Expert Evaluation, head of the working group for social policy under the Russian Government Expert Board, member of the Community Council at the Russian Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, as well as the Russian Public Labour Board. He graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical School (1987) and from the postgraduate course of the National Research Institute Higher School of Economics (2010), Candidate of Economics.
1992 to 2006: worked in local government bodies and, since 2006, has been active in public and research work as an expert in strategic planning, family and demographic policy. He has authored 25 scholarly articles, including 4 monographs. The Institute for Research and Community Expert Evaluation serves as an umbrella for leading experts in family and demographic policies, performing expert evaluation of the regulatory impact of the legislation and managerial decisions.

He worked for more than 30 years in healthcare in the Sverdlovsk Region. He has also worked in the central office of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation, and has held the post of Deputy Minister under three federal ministers. He has been actively involved in reforming the sector, and was one of the originators and implementers of the national ‘Health’ project. For the past 11 years he has been President of the medical insurance company MAKS-M, part of the MAKS Insurance Group. Chair of the Board of the Russia-wide public organization ‘The Russian Association for the Organization of Health and Public Health’.

Communications Ecosystem to Protect and Promote Health
Panel session Session sponsored by Natsionalnye Prioritety ANPO and Pirigov Russian National Reserch Medical University With the onset of the pandemic, it has become important as never before that the public receive up-to-date accurate information. Government efforts have been focused on development of various communication tools that allow reaching every person regardless of their age or location. Development of an open dialogue between the state, medical community, and the public has remained top priority to this day. In all the time of its existence, the image of healthcare has always encountered stereotypes, both positive and negative. Impartial healthcare indicators demonstrate systematic growth of the industry. However, it remains one of the most crisis-ridden ones in media space. Carrying out communication campaigns that focus on fighting chronic non-infectious diseases is incorporated into Healthcare and Demography national projects, whose key goal is to form a positive attitude of the country’s population toward development of national healthcare.

The Habit of Feeling Fit. How to Build Up Good Habits the Right Way?
Panel session Session sponsored by All-Russian Public Movement of Medical Volunteers The key goal of the Promoting Public Health National Project is to increase the number of citizens who follow a healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle can be defined as a certain concept according to which a person is physically active, gives up bad habits, eats nutritiously, and looks after their mental health. The foundation for all rules of leading a healthy lifestyle is healthy habits, and a number of programmes and projects are being carried out among the public that help to build up and reinforce them. To organize successful work in this area, it is important to understand what methods of creating the right habits, approaches to the public, and formats of work to make a healthy lifestyle popular are most effective. Volunteer organizations that have their own projects focused on growing the public’s motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle are actively involved in helping make the healthy lifestyle popular. For effective and concerted work of volunteers and the government, it is important to realize what the focus needs to be when volunteers work with the public. It is important to understand which approaches to building healthy habits and developing the healthy lifestyle values are most effective, and what vectors there are for growth of volunteer activities in the healthy lifestyle area.
