Healthy Life Forum 2023

The Healthy Life Forum, the main annual event of the Roscongress Foundation’s Healthy Life platform, will take place on 23–24 March 2023.

Venue: St. Petersburg, Tauride Palace (47, Shpalernaya Ulitsa).

Organizers: the Roscongress Foundation’s Healthy Life project and the Russian Ministry of Health. The Forum will be held with the support of the Interparliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Government of the Leningrad Region, and the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.

In 2023, the Healthy Life Forum will for the first time serve as a platform for dialogue between the expert communities of Russia and CIS countries. The event aims to harmonize and strengthen cooperation in the healthcare sector and develop advanced technologies and the pharmaceutical industry in the CIS.

The Forum’s business programme will focus on such issues as modernizing primary care, training medical personnel, promoting the digital transformation of the industry, exporting medical services, developing and introducing innovative medicines into practical healthcare, as well as strategies to combat infectious and non-communicable diseases. A cross-cutting track on the agenda will feature a discussion about public health and prevention issues, drug security, and ensuring the quality and accessibility of medical care for all citizens.

The event will be attended by Russian federal and regional government leaders, ministers of health of CIS countries, the heads of key agencies within the CIS ministries of health, the heads of major medical organizations, compulsory medical insurance funds, and leading educational and scientific organizations, representatives of the WHO, the expert, scientific, and professional communities of Russia and CIS countries, non-profit and public organizations, as well as the business and patient community.

The Forum’s motto is ‘A Space for Cooperation in the Name of Health’.
