The Russian
Federation Council and the Roscongress Foundation will host the 2nd
Women for a Healthy Society Forum in Moscow on 4 March 2025. It will be held
under the auspices of the Council of the Eurasian Women’s Forum under the
Federation Council with the support of the Russian Ministry of Health, Ministry
of Industry and Trade, and the Federal Medical-Biological Agency of Russia. On
the second day of the Forum, 5 March, the expert community will hold
professional discussions about healthcare with the support of the Roscongress
Foundation’s Healthy Life Ecosystem.
The Forum
discussions will take place at the Digital Business Space as part of nine
thematic sessions. They will be devoted to some of the opportunities offered by
the new ‘Family’ and ‘Long and Active Life’ national projects, corporate
practices that aim to support the health and improve the quality of life of
employees, innovations in health maintenance, modern solutions for urban
development, promising technologies for healthy and active longevity, and the
use of AI in medicine and the social sector, among other themes.
The Forum’s
mission is to promote the latest achievements in health maintenance, improve
the social well-being of citizens, expand the expert community, and popularize
initiatives that meet the objectives of the national projects.
“The Women for a
Healthy Society Forum will bring together women leaders from various fields. We
expect that, in addition to exchanging opinions, ideas, and practices, it will
become a source of information that we lack, and will provide answers to numerous
questions that will help them in implementing their projects. The Forum’s main
objective is to facilitate the implementation of the useful ideas and
innovations that will be discussed, and if they have already been implemented,
to help make them as accessible as possible to citizens,” Senator and
Chairperson of the Council of the Eurasian Women’s Forum Galina Karelova said.
The Forum will bring together business specialists and representatives, as well as public and political figures who are shaping the landscape of the future of healthcare in Russia. Entrepreneurs, innovators, opinion leaders, government officials, and representatives of the scientific and business communities have been invited to participate as speakers.
