SPIEF 2025 Healthy Life Area business programme now available

10 June

The business programme for the Healthy Life Area, which will be open from 18 to 21 June 2025 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, is now available on the Area’s official website.

Leading industry experts will discuss breakthrough technologies ranging from artificial intelligence in healthcare to pharmaceutical developments capable of revolutionizing the way we think about the treatment and prevention of disease. Another key issue is balanced nutrition and its contribution to community health improvement. Participants will draw special attention to the health economy as they present effective models for investing in health-saving technologies, rehabilitation, and preventive medicine. Discussions will seek out an interdisciplinary approach to the creation of a sustainable health ecosystem that combines the efforts of doctors, scientists, entrepreneurs, and government institutions. Important topics include patent strategies in pharmaceuticals, successful medical start-ups, and personalized approaches to healthy longevity.

“The Healthy Life Area business programme is chock-full of cutting-edge ideas, strategic discussions, and concrete solutions. We have created a platform where innovation in healthcare meets investment, and dialogue between government, business, and science shapes the roadmap for the future of health. It is the birthland of projects capable of changing the industry and with it the quality of life of millions of people. One of this year’s central topics is how to create a culture of healthy eating and ensure the population access to high-quality food. For the first time, we will host a themed area called the ‘Healthy Food Zone,’ where major retail chains will present their concept of ‘healthy shelves’ and explain what we need to do to make healthy choices possible for everyone,” Member of the Russian Public Chamber Commission on Healthcare and Director of RC Medicine Anastasia Stolkova said.

The programme for the Area is now available on the SPIEF website in the Healthy Life section.
