The 2^nd National Congress with international participation “NATIONAL HEALTHCARE” has released a more detailed version of the event’s business programme on its official website indicating the participants in expert discussions. The Congress is being organized by the Russian Ministry of Health and the Roscongress Foundation. The organizing partner is the Russian Research Institute of Health of the Russian Ministry of Health. The event will take place on 1–2 December 2023 as part of the International RUSSIA EXPO at the All-Russian Exhibition Centre.

“The healthcare system has proven its resilience and readiness to withstand any challenges of our times. The Congress will present the leading achievements of the healthcare industry in recent years. Our job is not only to present successful practices and recap the work, but to outline further steps for the development of the industry and draw up road maps in key areas of work,” Russian First Deputy Minister of Health Viktor Fisenko said.

Taking part in the Congress business programme will be Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko, Chairman of the State Duma’s Health Protection Committee Badma Bashankayev, General Director of the Almazov National Medical Research Centre Yevgeny Shlyakhto, General Director of the National Medical Research Centre of Radiology Andrey Kaprin, Director of the Shumakov National Medical Research Centre for Transplantology and Artificial Organs Sergey Gautier, General Director of the National Medical Research Centre of Cardiology of the Russian Ministry of Health Sergey Boytsov, Director of the Gamaleya National Medical Research Centre for Epidemiology and Microbiology of the Russian Ministry of Health Alexander Ginzburg, Director of the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare Alla Samoylova, Chairman of the Russian Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund Ilya Balanin, and Director of the Russian Research Institute of Health of the Russian Ministry of Health Olga Kobyakova.

Other participants in the Congress will include representatives of the government authorities, medical and scientific communities, non-commercial organizations, and the business community, as well as leaders of the domestic and foreign healthcare sectors.
