Healthy Life Forum programme architecture published

The official Healthy Life ecosystem website has published the programme architecture for the Healthy Life Forum – the ecosystem’s top event scheduled for 24–25 July 2024 at the Lomonosov Cluster of the Sparrow Hills Innovative Science and Technology Centre of Moscow State University (Moscow).

The Forum is being organized by the Roscongress Foundation’s Healthy Life ecosystem with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

This year, the Healthy Life Forum will be held in a new format, its agenda focusing on improving health culture in society and updating healthy lifestyle traditions, popularizing health-maintaining knowledge and promoting a healthy and active long life.

The Healthy Life Forum is not just a health event; it is an opportunity for all of us to contribute to creating a healthy future. Science has already accumulated sufficient knowledge to extend human life expectancy substantially. At the same time, it is not so much the length of life but its quality that is crucial. That is why development of the health and longevity industry is an absolutely vital today. It is important to realize that a healthy lifestyle requires a holistic approach based on such pillars as proper nutrition, regular exercise and maintaining mental health. It is these key principles that shape our health, along with advances in modern medicine and technology. The Healthy Life Forum brings together like-minded people, creates new points of growth on the health-maintaining agenda and forms a progressive movement in implementing federal and local programmes involving representatives of the state, business and society, while also contributing to key practical decisions being adopted in order to improve public health in general”, said Anastasia Stolkova, First Deputy Director for Development and Head of the Healthсare Directorate of the Roscongress Foundation.

The plenary session “How to find the key to a long, healthy and happy life” will focus on the new “Long and Active Life” national project announced by the Russian President. The aim of this project is not only to increase life expectancy to 78 years by 2030 but also to improve the quality of people’s lives, including their physical, psychological, emotional and social health.

The Forum’s official programme covers such topical health protection issues as investing in the health of the people of the future, healthy lifestyles in the workplace and the role of socially responsible business in creating a healthy society, whether it is possible to freeze the aging process, health-maintaining technologies as a response to today’s global challenges, pharmaceutical innovations for changing lives for the better, medical personnel of the future, doctors and patients against diabetes, an integrated approach to human health and well-being cooperation, healthy lifestyle trends that determine our future, and much more.

The first Women for a Healthy Life Forum will be held on 25 July 2024 on the sidelines of the Healthy Life Forum 2024, with the support of the Council of the Eurasian Women’s Forum. The event will bring together women actively involved in the social and health care agenda, leading experts, public figures and opinion leaders. The participants will include finalists and winners of the All-Russia competitive selections of the best “Women for a Healthy Life” social projects implementing significant public initiatives to promote the values of health maintenance aimed at improving quality of life.

The agenda for the first Women for a Healthy Life Forum will feature such topics as a healthy family as a basis for a human-life saving policy, stress and health in the digital age, social effects and practical significance of projects supported by the Women for a Healthy Life movement, among others.
