The 3^rd World of Opportunities International Business Forum, which will take place on 13–15 November 2024 in Dubai, will feature several key discussions that will attract the attention of the global community. The Forum is a key event for the development of partnerships between Russia and the countries of the Global South.

The Forum will pay special attention to issues that have a significant impact on the development of society and the economy in the modern realities, including energy, innovation, the creative economy, healthcare, transport, education, IT, and trade.

The discussion ‘Russia and the Arab World: Women’s Contribution to the Economy and Social Well-Being’, which is being organized with the support of the Council of the Eurasian Women’s Forum, will emphasize the importance of women’s leadership in shaping the socioeconomic landscape. An open, trust-based dialogue between women on a platform of international cooperation will provide an important contribution to the economy and social well-being of people around the world. The participants will discuss which growth points and which sectors of the economy and social sphere are most important for expanding cooperation between women in Russia and the Arab world, as well as what support state measures can help strengthen women’s role in the socioeconomic sector.

The discussion ‘The Landscape of Future Healthcare’, which is being organized by the Healthy Life project, will highlight revolutionary discoveries in medical science and the development of technologies, from artificial intelligence to medical robotics. The participants will discuss global health issues and trends that shape the landscape of future healthcare, as well as the prospects for health preservation offered by the modern capabilities of medical science and the development of technologies. Particular attention will be paid to priority focuses of international cooperation in the development of global healthcare, as well as mechanisms and platforms for exchanging knowledge and data that promote interdisciplinary collaboration in research and education.
