The Future of Healthcare: From Start-up to Tech Trailblazer
To ensure technological superiority we must combine the efforts of universities, industrial enterprises, and start-ups and seize upon promising opportunities in medicine and biotechnology. Major corporations build their modern market strategies around technological independence and develop their own products instead of simply importing the solutions of others. Priorities include the creation of proprietary technology, integration with smaller technology companies, interdisciplinary training for personnel (biotechnology, neurointerfaces, artificial intelligence, etc.), localized production, and productive technological partnerships. The result is that companies must attract significant amounts of funding for development. A technology leader is a champion of technological cooperation and sustainable growth. What does it take to grow a competitive healthcare company in the global market? Where is market demand taking us in the next ten years? What goes into assembling a team capable of successfully leading a company from concept to upscaling? What is needed to effectively organize technological collaboration between scientists, entrepreneurs, and investors and build a sustainable medical business?

Healthy Nutrition: A Key Factor in People’s Health and Quality of Life
Nutrition is the foundation of human health and provides the body with all the energy, vitamins, and nutrients it needs. Observing the principles of a healthy lifestyle helps to keep weight down and prevent chronic non-communicable diseases. Thanks to the Russian government’s efforts, from 2019 to 2024, the share of healthy lifestyle proponents increased from 30% to 79% in the country, while the availability of micronutrient-rich products grew from 20–40% to 60%. Recommendations have been prepared for food ingredients that take into account the regional specifics of vitamin and mineral deficiencies. However, the scale of food sold in retail that adversely affects public health remains high. To overcome this problem, it is crucial to make an active lifestyle the norm for everyone and reduce the production and promotion of harmful products. We need to continue the information campaign of developing a culture of healthy eating and strengthen public trust in state food quality control mechanisms. What is the best way to help the public commit to a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition? How can we convince the population that natural foods and a healthy lifestyle are real and accessible to everyone? What are some of the barriers to the dissemination of healthy lifestyle principles and how can we overcome them?

Innovative Technologies in Comprehensive Rehabilitation
In the 21st century, society is striving to create a world with equal opportunities for everyone regardless of their health. The acceptance and support of people with disabilities is one of the top priorities. However, global experience shows that disabilities are often accompanied by a diminished quality of life. This is due not only to physical limitations, but psychological problems as well. As experts point out, global practice shows that people who have had to deal with disabilities can often develop depression and show signs of self-destructive behaviour, which has an adverse effect on interpersonal relationships and can lead to family breakdowns. As such, rehabilitation should be comprehensive and not only take into account medical aspects, including high-tech prosthetics, but resocialization as well. Effective recovery requires a combination of medical, psychological, social, and cultural rehabilitation, as well as adaptive physical education and sports. Career guidance with subsequent employment is also crucial. What other modern technologies, best practices, and experience will help ensure the fastest possible return to a full life for people who have been injured or wounded? What breakthrough technologies can be integrated into the modern healthcare system right now, and what can we expect in the near future? How should the healthcare system be transformed to make rehabilitation as effective as possible? How does involvement in adaptive physical culture and sports, including phygital sports, help people with disabilities get through the process of socialization and adaptation as quickly as possible?

Prioritizing Health: The Experience of Russian Business
Health is a universal value and a vital condition for the well-being and prosperity for both individuals and business as a whole. The rapidly accelerating pace of life forces most citizens of working age to devote most of their time to work. A top priority of modern employers is the physical and psychological well-being of employees, since the most important strategic resource of any company is its employees. CEOs can make a major contribution to maintaining and strengthening the health of the team in the workplace by motivating and inspiring subordinates using their own example and serving as an ambassador of the healthy lifestyle values and health preservation practices in place at the company. Investments in employee health are economically justified: they reduce staff turnover and health insurance costs, increase customer performance and loyalty, and strengthen the corporate image. To effectively prevent diseases and restore employee resources, it is essential to conduct regular medical examinations, improve medical awareness among staff, organize health trips, introduce digital health monitoring systems, create comfortable working conditions, and encourage people to play sports. The synergy of the actions taken by the government, employers, medical organizations, and staff will help make a healthy lifestyle attractive to more people, improve the atmosphere within the team, and ensure the sustainable development of the national economy. What kind of mechanism of interaction between the government, medical institutions, business, and employees is needed to maximize the effect from corporate programmes that aim to ensure a healthy lifestyle and prevent diseases? What practices for improving the health of workers have proven to be the most effective? What practical steps should employers take to create a culture of health and improve the quality of life of their employees?
