NPO Petrovax Pharm, LLC

Petrovax is a Russian full-cycle biopharmaceutical company with 25 years of successful experience. The company is a part of the Interros Group.

The product portfolio includes its original pharmaceutical products and vaccines, generics and food supplements. The company has its own research center. Petrovax holds new molecule and manufacturing process international patents. The company's production operates in full compliance with international GMP. A modern pharmaceutical production complex located in the Moscow region is one of the most high-tech biopharmaceutical facilities in Russia.

Petrovax is the largest Russian exporter of original medicinal products. The company exports products to 12 countries, including the EAEU, the Middle East and the EU. Petrovax's partners are the world's leading pharmaceutical companies Pfizer, Abbott, Boehringer Ingelheim, CanSino Biologics Inc.

Before joining Petrovax in 2018, Mikhail Tsyferov gained extensive experience in a number of large investment companies.

From 2016 to present – Managing Director of the Winter Capital Fund.

From 2008 to 2016 – manager of the investment department of Interros.

CJSC "Evalar"

CJSC Evalar is one of the largest pharmaceutical manufactures in Biysk city, Altai Territory, Russia and it is the national leader in dietary supplements. They produce around 500 of various products starting from diatary and food supplements to medicine.

Evalar was the first company to implement a full production cycle - from growing plants to packaging finished products. The company takes quality and safety very seriously and complies to the following standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000 (HACCP), as well as GMP.

Evalar opened a second manufacturing facility for medicine production in 2019, which increased the production capacity by one and a half times.

Evalar was recognised by the international research company Euromonitor International as a leader in terms of sales of multicomponent dietary supplements in Eastern Europe, Russia and the CIS countries.

The company celebrated its 30th anniversary in December 2021.

Natalia graduated from Altai State University, where she studied Law. She also completed MBA Strategic Management in the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and she holds a PhD in Economics.

Her professional carrer at Evalar started in 1997 in Biysk city, Russia.

She held a post of the Director at Evalar's Moscow Representative Office from 2001 till 2013. The responsibilities of the office are to advertise the brands through all main TV channels, manage all of their branded pharmacies in Moscow and develop its client base.

Natalia has been appointed as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors in 2013.


Skolkovo Foundation

Skolkovo is the biggest innovation center in Russia. It plays a prominent role in strengthening the foundation of the national economy. Igor Drozdov

Born in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg) in 1977.

In 1999 graduated cum laude from the law faculty of St. Petersburg State University. Has PhD in law.

Between 2004 and 2005 he worked as an advisor to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.

From 2005 headed the secretariat of the Chairman of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation.

2006-2010 - chief of staff/administrator of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation.

In December 2010 he was appointed director of legal issues of the Skolkovo Foundation, and in November 2011, he was in addition appointed a vice president of the foundation. In September 2012, he became senior vice president for legal and administrative issues.

Member of the council on intellectual property of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia. Member of the expert council of the Russian government.

Associate professor at the civil law faculty of St. Petersburg State University. Has authored more than 30 studies of civil law issues.

Member of the board of the Association of Lawyers of Russia.

Has received state awards including the gratitude of the Russian President.

MyGenetics has been generating personal recommendations aimed to maintain health based on DNA analysis since 2013.

Full-scale campaign of Center for Strategic Initiatives of FMBA is aimed to optimizing and modernizing processes in the healthcare area and medical tehnology, in particular to implementing healthcare digitalization projects.

In 2010, he was invited to the Russian Presidential Commission on Modernization and Technological Development of the Economy.

From 2010 to 2015 he headed ANO Modernizatsiya (Modernization), which ensures the activities of the Russian Presidential Council on Modernization of the Economy and Innovative Development.

Since 2012, he was a permanent member of the Presidential Coordination Council for Implementing the 2012-2017 National Children’s Strategy. In the same year, he became a member of the Appeal Committee of the Russian Football Union, as well as the head of NP Chistyy Internet (Clean Internet), formed on the initiative of the Ministry of Communications.

In 2014, he became a member of the Expert Council under the Russian Government.

In 2015, he was appointed Assistant Minister of Health of the Russian Federation.

In 2017, he became Deputy Director of ARCDM Zaschita (Protection).

In 2019, he became Director of Federal Resource Centre of the Ministry of Health.

From 2021 onwards, he is Director of ANO Center for Strategic Initiatives of FMBA.


The Federal Medical-Biological Agency (FMBA)

The Federal Medical-Biological Agency (FMBA of Russia) is a federal executive authority that ensures the radiation, chemical, and biological safety of the country and the population, as well as assures a health protection system at enterprises of strategically important industries with particularly dangerous working conditions.

The Federal Medical and Biological Agency serves about 3.5 million people living in 20 closed administrative territorial entities, 39 satellite cities, and science cities (in Russian, naukograd) located in 54 subjects of Russia and the city of Baikonur in Kazakhstan. The FMBA of Russia includes more than 300 subordinate medical organizations and about 2,500 health facilities in Russia and Baikonur.


Veronika Skvortsova

Head of the Federal Medical-Biological Agency

From 1988 to 1997, she held various positions at the Second Moscow Medical Institute.

In 1989, she headed the neurointensive care service of the First Moscow City Hospital.

In 1997, she headed the Department of Fundamental and Clinical Neurology and Neurosurgery.

In 2005, she was appointed Head of the Research Institute for Stroke of the Russian State

Medical University.

In 2008, she became Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation.

In 2012, she became Minister of Health of the Russian Federation.

From 2020 onwards, she is Head of the FMBA of Russia.

Veronica Skvortsova – Doctor of Medicine, professor, correspondent member of Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) – wrote more than 600 scientific papers. Moreover, she is a member of the Executive Committee of the European Stroke Organization. She is Deputy Chairman of the All-Russian Society of Neurologists, Vice-President of the National Stroke Association and its representative in the World Stroke Organization.
