The SME Cooperation B2B service is a project that the Roscongress Foundation is implementing to support small and medium-sized businesses. The platform brings together Russian and foreign companies to develop business and industrial cooperation, attract investment, and exchange technologies.
In 2024, the service was supplemented with a new functionality: access to the Business Partnership Platform section on the MSP.RF Digital Platform, which creates new opportunities for your business.
Support is provided by the SME Corporation and Roscongress Foundation.
Companies create their own cards, after which they can view the register and see what other companies offer.
The service is free and available to all users of the Roscongress personal account.

How can I become a member of the service?

You can apply in your Roscongress personal account (the SME Cooperation tab) by filling in the participant's card according to the following pattern:
- General information about the company
- Information about the company’s goods, services, and projects
- Information about demand for the company’s goods, services, and suppliers, preparedness/willingness to enter new markets, etc.
The more information you provide about your offer and needs, the higher your chances of finding customers, suppliers, and new sales channels. It will also boost your opportunities to offer your services, giving you a better chance to expand your business and strengthen your position in the market.

After entering your goods/services information, you can learn more about the goods/services cards that have already been created and other companies’ needs for goods/services.

The goods and services information section provides company registers by category (non-food goods/food/services) based on the goods and services cards that are generated.
With their help, you will be able to:
- Find the items you need with the sorting function and exchange contacts
- Communicate directly with decision-makers
- Schedule important meetings at the Forum venue and discuss details of cooperation in the comfort of business lounges.
How can I access the business partnership platform?
In the Roscongress personal account (SME Cooperation tab), go to the Business Partnership Platform section on the SME.RF Digital Platform and go through the verification process.
- If your business is registered in Russia, log in through the Gosuslugi portal
- If your business is registered outside of Russia, go through the verification process via the Roscongress personal account
