‘Women for a Healthy Society’ Russian contest winners social project success strategy
2nd Women for a Healthy Society Forum The ‘Women for a Healthy Society’ project was established in 2021 in support of national efforts to promote public health and bring together women leaders engaged professionally in the public service sector and driven by a common goal of improving health across Russia and the wider world. The project seeks to create and develop a community of women working professionally to promote public health and well-being. As part of the National Strategy of Action in the Interests of Women for 2023–2030, the project hosts an annual Russian Contest of best ‘Women for a Healthy Society’ social projects, during which past winners and finalists present the results of their initiatives and the outlook for future development. The discussion also provides an opportunity for participants to exchange experience promoting and scaling up the best health saving practices regionally and federally.
