TAKE PART FREE OF CHARGE
- Participation in the 2nd Women for a Healthy Society Forum on 4 March 2025 is free of charge upon agreement by the organizers. Only a limited number of organizations will be allowed to take part free of charge.
- Government and non-profit organizations may take part in the events on 4–5 March 2025 free of charge upon the approval of the organizers. Only a limited number of organizations will be allowed to take part free of charge.

How to participate in the forum?
If you wish to submit an application to attend the 2nd Women for a Healthy Society Forum and Healthy Life Project expert sessions, please apply to participate in the ‘Events – Upcoming’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

Your application will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Forum and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
The review process varies by applicant but can take up to 10 days. The Organizing Committee reserve the right to reject an application without explanation.
Once you have received an invitation, please confirm your participation by going to the ‘My events – Women for a Healthy Society Forum and Healthy Life project – Event dashboard’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
HOW DO I DECLINE TO PARTICIPATE?
If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Forum, or have previously confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend, please decline your participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
HOW THE PARTICIPANT CAN BE SUBSTITUTED?
A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the Forum for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
PARTICIPATION IN THE FORUM AS A MODERATOR OR SPEAKER
Should you wish to participate in the Forum as a moderator or speaker, please email your request to the Organizing Committee. For more information, please contact the Forum information centre:
To pay for participation in the Forum, participants must sign invoice agreement, which serves as a confirmation and guarantee of participation. The payment date shall be considered the date on which the funds reach the account of the Roscongress Foundation.
An accreditation badge is required to enter the Forum venue. To collect your badge, you must in the Roscongress personal account:
- Confirm participation in the event
- Enter your personal information in full in accordance with your passport
- Pay the participation fee
