A live broadcast of the Women for a Healthy Society plenary session and other business programme events will be available:

• in the ‘Programme’ section
• on the Roscongress Foundation website

On 4–5 March a live broadcast of the plenary session will be available at the Forum venue: in Russian in the hall 1 and Small hall, and in English in the hall 2.

A broadcast archive following the event will be available on the Roscongress Foundation website.

The Roscongress Foundation provides photography for all events of the 2nd Women for a Healthy Society Forum and Healthy Life Project expert sessions. Photographs are published at the Roscongress photo bank in real time. Images can be displayed by event and date to facilitate browsing.

The photographs are available for viewing and free download in high resolution, and may be freely used, provided a reference to the Roscongress Foundation is included.

Russian–English simultaneous interpreting will be provided in the Small Hall of the Digital Business Space for the business programme events on 4–5 March.

Participants will be able to apply for business trip documents at the business trip registration stand:

At information and services points, participants can receive information on the programme, available services, and directions around the event venue and other sites.

The following services are also available:

• copying and printing of documents
• record information to electronic media
• learn about things lost and found at the venue
• charge mobile devices
• carry out a business trip registration

Press point / signing ceremony point are available at the Forum venue for press events and photography. The press points are designed in the corporate style and equipped with a sound amplification system.

Please note that there is no storage room at the event venue! Participants are advised to leave large luggage at their places of accommodation.

The SME Cooperation B2B service is a project that the Roscongress Foundation is implementing to support small and medium-sized businesses. The platform brings together Russian and foreign companies to develop business and industrial cooperation, attract investment, and exchange technologies.

In 2024, the service was supplemented with a new functionality: access to the Business Partnership Platform section on the MSP.RF Digital Platform, which creates new opportunities for your business.

Support is provided by the SME Corporation and Roscongress Foundation.

Companies create their own cards, after which they can view the register and see what other companies offer.

The service is free and available to all users of the Roscongress personal account.
