ABOUT THE FORUM

About Healthy Life Forum

Healthy Life Forum is the result of the annual activities of the Roscongress Foundation’s Healthy Life project, which was created for finding and developing practical proposals on implementing national projects for resolving the problem of increasing the healthy life expectancy of Russian people.

The Forum is being held with the support of the Russian Ministry of Health.

The Forum was held for the first time in 2019. Over 3,000 people took part in the Forum, including government officials, members of the expert and business community, heads of related ministries and departments, and foreign delegations from 21 countries.  Detailed results of the Healthy Life Forum are available in the 2019 Forum Highlights section.

The Roscongress Foundation

The Roscongress Foundation is a socially oriented non-financial development institution and a major organizer of international conventions, exhibitions, and public events.

The Roscongress Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, and helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 208 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 2,500 people working in Russia and abroad, In addition, it works in close cooperation with 118 economic partners; industrialists' and entepreneurs' unions; and financial, trade, and business associations from 69 countries worldwide.

PROGRAMME

The Forum events will take the form of panel sessions, roundtables, presentations, business breakfasts and business dialogues on raising the standard of living in the country, protecting health and demographic development.

The extended Healthy Life Forum 2020 programme will be published on the website closer to the event.

PARTICIPATING IN THE FORUM AS A MODERATOR OR SPEAKER

To participate in the Healthy Life Forum as a moderator or speaker, an application should be sent to programme@forumhealth.org. Applications must include the participant’s contact details, position and organization, as well as a brief abstract of their talk on the chosen topic.

If the application is submitted after the Forum programme architecture has been published online, please indicate precisely where the talk would fit into the programme.

HEALTHY LIFE EXHIBITION AREA

A platform for constructive dialogue between top healthcare experts and government bodies. The exhibition area will host specialized events, presentations and discussions on the most pressing issues of healthcare, speeches by leading government officials and scientists, and representatives of the pharma industry.

PARTICIPATING IN THE HEALTHY LIFE FORUM AS A PARTNER

PERSONAL WEB OFFICE

What is the personal web office?

The personal web office is the participant’s personalized section of the official Forum website offering a range of features to help them organize their time at the Forum.

You may use your personal web office to edit your personal data, upload a badge photo, create an agreement or invoice/agreement and pay the participation fee, submit a request for accreditation of a personal vehicle and the Forum services required.

To access the personal web office, enter the personal login and password specified in the information letter you received with your invitation to the Forum.

Login and password for the personal web office (for registered participants only)

To access your personal web office, please enter your personal login and password specified in the information letter you received with your invitation to the Forum.

For security reasons, the login and password for the personal web office are updated every year, so the login and password from the invitation to the Healthy Life Forum 2020 must be used.

Should a participant lose or forget their login and password, they may ask their contact person at the Roscongress Foundation to reissue the information. The contact person’s details may be confirmed by calling the Forum information centre:

Confidentiality of data in the personal web office

The Healthy Life Forum adheres strictly to the legal requirements on protection of every participant’s personal data.

The personal web office has been developed using SSL data encryption to ensure security and confidentiality of participants’ personal data.

Processing of personal data

Forum participants must confirm their consent to processing of their personal data before completing the application form or when first logging into their personal web office. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, consent to processing of personal data is a prerequisite for registering an application to participate in the Forum.

Consent to posting of information (publication)

Once you confirm your participation in the Forum via the personal web office, you will be given the opportunity to consent to having information about yourself published on the Forum website and the meeting scheduler.

If a participant does not grant such consent, other participants will be unable to send them messages on the meeting scheduler.

The meeting scheduler will come on line two weeks before the Forum in the Day planner section of the personal web office.

Changes to personal information

Personal information may be edited in the personal web office. If changes need to be made to fields that cannot be edited, the participant’s contact person at the Roscongress Foundation should be notified. The relevant contact information may be found in the personal web office or in the information letter with invitation to the Forum.

Requirements on the badge photograph

The photograph for your badge may be uploaded in the personal web office. Accreditation badges will not be issued without photographs.

Requirements on the photograph:

  • colour photograph on a light background;
  • image format – jpg or jpeg;
  • 480x640 pixels in size;
  • frontal view of the participant’s entire face, with no head covering;
  • the subject’s face must make up at least 70% of the image.

Guided tour and theatre ticket booking

You can book individual tour services and theatre tickets via the corresponding sections of the personal web office. To submit a request, the event of interest should be selected from the list and contact details provided to confirm arrangements.

Tickets and tours must be paid for separately.

These features go online closer to the time of the Forum.

Mobility assistance at the Forum venue

If a participant requires mobility assistance at the Forum venue, a relevant request must be submitted via the personal web office at least three days before arrival.

ACCESS TO THE FORUM VENUE

Forum venue access rules

The Healthy Life Forum venue may only be accessed with an accreditation badge.

In order to avoid any inconvenience when accessing the venue, participants are advised to leave any items prohibited at the Forum venue at their accommodation or in their vehicle. A full list of prohibited items will be published on the website closer to the event.

Accreditation procedure

The accreditation process consists in submission of a completed participation application, approval by the Forum Organizing Committee, and issue of an accreditation badge.

Participant badge

The badge is a pre-programmed proximity card, a unique key linked to the participant’s information in the Forum’s database. The badge contains the holder’s full name in English, their organization, level of access and photograph, as well as the Forum branding.

Accreditation badges are required for accessing the Forum venue. The badge is the only valid document confirming the participant’s Forum accreditation at event venues.

The badge is personalized and non-transferable. Participants should keep their badges and identity documents with them at all times at the Forum venue.

You may check whether your accreditation badge is ready to be picked up in the personal web office, via your contact person at the Roscongress Foundation, or by calling the Forum information centre: +7 (495) 777 1006.

Document required to picked up a participant badge

A participant badge may only be collected upon presentation of the identification document (passport) indicated in the Personal information section of the personal web office.

If there have been any changes to the ID since the application was submitted, please make the necessary changes to the data in the personal web office. If changes need to be made to fields that cannot be edited, your contact person at the Roscongress Foundation should be notified.

Before issuing a badge, the accreditation point attendant will make sure that the data specified in the personal web office matches the ID document. If there are any discrepancies, it will not be possible to issue the badge the same day.

Picking up a participant badge by power of attorney

If someone will be picking up a badge by power of attorney, they will need to present the following:


* A power of attorney form and an example of how to complete it will be available for downloading from the Collecting a badge section of the Forum website closer to the time of the Forum.

** Copies of passports will be returned once badges have been issued.

Accreditation points

Badges may be picked up at one of the Forum accreditation points. Accreditation point locations and operating hours will be published in the Collecting a badge section closer to the time of the Forum.

Replacement of accreditation badges

If your accreditation badge is lost or damaged, please go immediately to the Help Desk or any accreditation point. The lost badge will then be blocked and a duplicate badge will be issued to the holder upon written request.
