Mr. Alisultanov graduated from Moscow State University (2014) and Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (2021).
In 2014, he started his career as an advisor in the Administration of the Head and Government of the Chechen Republic.
From 2015 to 2020, he successively held the positions of Assistant at the Ministry of Finance of the Chechen Republic, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Chechen Republic, Deputy Mayor of Grozny, Deputy Head of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Chechen Republic.
From 2020 to 2023 - Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Chechen Republic.
In 2023, he became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Health&Nutrition.

Moreover, she is a member of the Executive Committee of the European Stroke Organization. She is Deputy Chairman of the All-Russian Society of Neurologists, Vice-President of the National Stroke Association and its representative in the World Stroke Organization.
