LIST OF PROHIBITED ITEMS
In order to avoid any inconvenience when accessing the venue, participants are advised to leave any items prohibited at the Forum venue at their accommodation or in their vehicle.

ACCREDITATION BADGE
The Healthy Life Forum venue may only be accessed with an accreditation badge.

Participants should keep their badges and identity documents with them at all times at the Forum venue.
The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties. If the accreditation badge is lost or damaged, a participant should go to the Help Desk or any accreditation point. The lost badge will be blocked and a duplicate will be issued upon a written request of the badge holder. |

HOW TO FIND OUT IF YOUR BADGE IS READY
There are several ways to find out or be notified when a participant badge is ready:

** The contact information can be found in the personal web office. The contact person’s details can be confirmed by calling the Forum information centre.
HOW TO COLLECT YOUR BADGE
Participant accreditation badges may be collected in person (upon presenting the identity document that is indicated in the personal web office) or by a third party acting on the basis of a power of attorney.
If there have been any changes to a participant’s ID since the application was completed, the personal data in the personal web office needs to be updated accordingly. If changes need to be made to fields that cannot be edited, the participant should inform the Roscongress Foundation specialist.
| Before issuing a badge, an accreditation point attendant will make sure that the data specified in the personal web office the ID document. In the event of any discrepancies, it will not be possible to issue a badge the same day. |
If a participant’s badge is collected by a third party using a power of attorney, the authorized person must present the following:

** Without a list and copies of the passports of all participants to be accredited, the power of attorney is not valid. Copies of passports will be returned once badges have been issued.
ACCREDITATION POINTS OPERATING HOURS
Forum participants can collect their badges at the accreditation points of the Russian Investment Forum. We kindly ask that you collect your accreditation badge in advance at one of the accreditation points in Moscow, Krasnodar or Sochi.

Please note that participants can pay the participation fee or the cost of any services provided by the Roscongress Foundation at the financial services stands at accreditation point on the territory of checkpoint 1 (Sirius Park of Science and Art). A 5.5% commission is charged when paying at the financial services stand.
