Paying the participation fee

Creating a payment document

To pay the participation fee, the participant should go to the Payment section of the personal web office, enter the payer’s information and select the payment method (invoice in roubles or bank card for residents of the Russian Federation, or invoice in roubles/US dollars/euros or bank card for non-residents of the Russian Federation). The participant may then select the type of payment document: a participation agreement or invoice/agreement (a single document incorporating both the agreement and payment invoice).

Please note: when entering the payer’s information, make sure you enter the details of the individual or legal entity making the payment. Changes to payer’s information may only be made via your contact person at the Roscongress Foundation.

Making the payment

The participation fee may only be paid by the individual or legal entity indicated as the Client in the participation agreement (invoice/agreement).

To pay by invoice, the payer should contact their bank. Payment may take more than three banking days. When paying by invoice, we also recommend factoring in any commission the bank might charge.

To pay by bank card, the participant should specify their email address in the ‘Confirm Payment Details’ window in order to receive their electronic payment receipt, then confirm the payment details. The standard online payment form will then open for entering the bank card details and confirming payment. The name on the bank card must match the payer’s name in the agreement. The payment will go through immediately.

The following bank cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Diners Club, JCB, and MIR. Payments are made in Russian roubles.

Before proceeding to payment, please make sure that: •       there are sufficient funds on the bank card •       the payer’s bank has not set a limit on a one-time transfer amount

Should a participant have any questions regarding payment (including if the payment does not go through), they may get in touch with their Roscongress Foundation contact person.

The payment date will be considered to be that on which the amount due is credited to the account of the Roscongress Foundation. The participant may check whether the sum has been received in the Payment section of the personal web office, or by calling their contact person.

Please note that payment of the participation fee on time and in full is a prerequisite for receiving a participation badge and gaining access to the Healthy Life Forum 2020 venue.

PARTICIPATION PAYMENT AT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES STANDS

Participants can pay the participation fee immediately before the event at the financial services stands. The Forum financial services stands also issue closing documents. A 5.5% commission fee is charged when paying for participation at the Forum venue. Participants can pay in cash (in roubles), by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Diners Club, JCB or MIR debit or credit card, and through AliPay and WeChat.
