If you wish to submit an application to attend the Forum, please sign up for a Roscongress personal account on the Foundation’s website roscongress.org.

If you have a Roscongress personal account, you can submit an application in the ‘Events – Upcoming’ section. The application will be filled in automatically using information from your profile.

You can proceed to payment if the Organizing Committee has approved your application for participation, you have received your invitation to the Healthy Society Forum and confirm participation in the Forum via the Roscongress personal account.

1. Enter the payer’s information (make sure you enter the information of the individual or legal entity making the payment).

Changes to payer’s information can only be made by your Roscongress Foundation specialist. The contact information can be found in the Roscongress personal account or by contacting the Forum information centre by phone at +7 (495) 221 0867.

2. Select the payment method:
   • for residents of the Russian Federation: invoice in roubles or bank card for residents
   • for non-residents of the Russian Federation: invoice in roubles/US dollars/euros or bank card
3. Select the type of payment document: invoice agreement. To pay by invoice agreement, you should:
   • save your invoice agreement to make the payment
   • pay the participation fee

In order to participate in the Healthy Society Forum as a media representative, you must submit an application for accreditation in the ‘Media’ section.

Applications for media accreditation will be accepted closer to the dates of the event.

Should you wish to participate in the Healthy Society Forum as a moderator or speaker, please email your request to the Organizing Committee.

The business and cultural programme venue may only be accessed with an accreditation badge for the Healthy Society Forum. The badge is the only valid document confirming a participant’s Forum accreditation.

The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties. Participants should keep their badges and identity documents with them at all times while at the Forum venue.

More information on access to the Forum venue will be available closer to the event dates.

You can pick up your badge at one of the Forum accreditation points.

The location and hours of the accreditation points will be announced on the website closer to the event dates.

A range of items will be prohibited from the event venue.

In order to avoid any inconvenience when accessing the venue, participants are advised to leave any such items at their place of accommodation or in their vehicle.

Photos will be available for viewing and free download in high resolution, and may be freely used, provided there is a reference to the Roscongress Foundation’s website photo.roscongress.org.
