Delegations from CIS countries
have been invited to take part in the Healthy Life Forum, which will be held on
23–24 March 2023 at Tauride Palace in St. Petersburg. In addition to the
Forum’s business programme, the participants will pay visits to the leading
medical centres of the Russian Ministry of Health in St. Petersburg for a
presentation about the achievements of Russian medical science.
At a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of
the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Russian Federation Botirjon Asadov, Russian
Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko noted that the Healthy Life Forum would
provide an opportunity to learn more about Russian developments in healthcare
and medicine and invited the Uzbek delegation to take active part in the event.
Murashko previously met with Turkmen Minister of Health and Medical Industry
Atageldi Germanov to discuss some of the most pressing healthcare issues in
bilateral cooperation. Murashko also invited Germanov to take part in the
Healthy Life Forum. Murashko said the Forum would provide an opportunity to
hold a more detailed discussion about areas for cooperation in healthcare and
medical education, which are of the greatest interest to both parties.
