Car rental
CAR RENTAL
Healthy Life Forum participants have the opportunity to rent an accredited vehicle with a driver or order a transfer.
Transport services include:
-
rental of a vehicle with a driver;
-
accreditation with/without a permit to park*;
-
all petrol and car wash expenses;
-
24-hour professional dispatch and consultations on any questions regarding both the vehicle and the driver.
Car rental bookings will be accepted until 3 February 2020.

* An accredited rental vehicle comes with a transport pass that provides access to the following locations:
-
pick-up/drop-off zone at the Sirius Park of Science and Art;
-
allocated parking areas;
-
pick-up/drop-off zones at recommended hotels for Forum participants;
-
pick-up/drop-off zones and parking areas at cultural programme event locations.
** Minimum rental period – 3 days; minimum number of hours per day – 12. The duration of the transfer service is 6 hours.
Each transport pass is issued to a single specific vehicle, is linked to that vehicle’s data (make, model, and registration number).
